Overhauling and Trouble Shooting
IKYA ENGINEERING SERVICES has made a name for itself far beyond the borders for overhauling and troubleshooting of Steam Turbines, Compressors, Generators, Pumps, Governing System. We have a team of dedicated Engineers and Technicians who are always ready to take up challenges in overhauling and troubleshooting the problems in the machines. We have carried out overhauls of machines upto 150MW and resolved critical problems of different makes like BHEL, GE, Siemens, ABB, MHI, Shanghai Electric, Dongfang etc.
Installation & Commissioning
Repair & Reconditioning of Turbine Rotors
IKYA ENGINEERING SERVICES can undertake Repair and Refurbishment of critical Turbine components like Rotors, Guide Blade Carriers, Bearings, Servomotors etc. Repair and Refurbishment is supported by facilities for Blade Manufacturing, Reblading, Machining and Dynamic Balancing of Turbine Rotors upto 60MW rating. We also have facility for Refurbishment, Reassembly, Testing and Calibration of Servomotors.
Supply of Spares
IKYA ENGINEERING SERVICES is fully geared up to supply spare parts for BHEL make as well as Non BHEL Sets by undertaking Reverse Engineering where ever required. The company is fully supported by adequate manufacturing and service facilities to undertake Manufacturing, Assembly and Testing of various Spares including fully Assembled and Tested Servomotors for Turbine Governing System.
